Ordering

Our Policies

Before placing an order enquiry, please be aware of the following:​

• Our products can be picked up from our address (supplied when order is confirmed). Unfortunately, we don't provide delivery at this stage.

​

• Custom orders require at least 2 weeks notice.

• For custom orders, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit of the quoted price. This is to prepare ingredients and design elements for your order.

​

• Our Deluxe Cupcakes must be paid for in full.

​

• The outstanding cost of your custom order must be paid 5 days before your event. This is to finalize all elements of your order.

​

• Cancellations will see the 50% deposit retained by us to cover unused elements of the cancelled order.
